1. Long Working Distance Inspection:
	The microscope stand is made by cast aluminum with reflected light for wafer 6",8" & 12", and transmitted light for LCD & OLED. The distance for working is longest in the world nowhere else. The DIC and polarizer kit help observe process hidden defects easily. Total magnification Could be up to 4000X. In addition,NIR and UV coated objectives are designed specifically for laser repair for wafer,LCD and OLED application
2. Laser Repair:
	The stage could be for wafer with rotatable holder and for LCD/OLEDwith transmitted feature.Both the X-Y knurbed knob in palm move the stage around freely and precisely.Both Hoya & New Wave are available. In addition, In addition,NIR and UV coated objectives are designed specifically for laser repair for wafer,LCD and OLED application
3. Used Olympus Micrscope Upgrade
	If you think the new Olympus microscope for 8" or 12" is expensive,you can consider to buy EB microscope stand which is rugged made by the cast aluminum to mount your existing Olympus otics in order to reduce your cost up to 50%.Do not set your Olympus micrscope 4" or 6" idle .In addition,you can transfer your image to color monitor,furthermore,digitize image to your computor.At the same time,consider to clean up your lens to make view image much clearer.
