Long Working Distance microscope

This affordable microscope can be used for substrate inspection and photo mask inspection and laser repair with light reflected.( and transmitted as well). For photo mask inspection,please refer MIS-77 7’x7” for MIS-99 9”x9” For laser repair,please refer LRS-99 9”x9”
This microscope are composed of two main portion:
A:MITUTOYO OPTICS In addition to the long working distance of the objective 20X/33mm,50X/20mm,100X/12mm,the features of MITUTOYO are 1.Higher magnification with 200X micro scope can be upgraded to total manification 4000X 2.Larger view make the view much easier 3.Zoom 2X can be magnified continuously thru the same objective 4.Remote steplessly control lamp house 150W connected thru fiber 5.Dark field,polarizer,DIC 6.Objective NIR & NUV can be used for laser green,NIR and NUV (For further detailed MITUTOYO spec.,please contact us for assistance) B.MICROSCOPE HARDWARE The microscope stand is built by cast aluminum. The stage is coaxial driven with both X and Y knob can be controlled in a palm easily.
