THIS LD/PD ALL-IN-ONE PROBER IS THE ONLY ONE IN THE WORLD.
ONLY ONE PROBER COULD BE USED FOR THE FOLLOWING APLICATION.

FOR SURFACE EMITTING LD
There are two places we can hold your PD.

1.For the high power microscope,one of the objective hole on the revolver hold the objective-sized PD holder.The PD is held underneath of this holder.After you probe the tip onto the die by ordinary objective,you justswitch the objective to the PD holder for test.

2.There is fiber holder arm on the micropositioner.The fiber is positioned X-Y-Z just on top of the wafer.The PD is fixed on the other side.

WAFER FORMAT The vacuum chuck can be used for wafer 4" ,3" and 2" dia.
SINGLE DIE FORMAT It comes with a testing jig for E-Z positioning single die.
TO CAN package. We can design a TO-CAN package chuck to cover couples kind of TO-CAN

FOR EDGE EMITTING LD
LD BAR
It comes with a row of vacuum hole 250 micron dia. to hold the LD bar securely from sliding when probing.
In addition,the stopper wall 50 micron high is to prevent the LD bar from dropping form the chuck edge
when you push it to the chuck edge for test.
SINGLE DIE Similar to the one for LD bar above.
TO CAN package. We can design a TO-CAN package chuck to cover couples kind of TO-CAN
